"Do not use this company! They have refused to pay my car off that was totaled in a car accident. We paid full coverage and gap insurance, they took the car, refuse to return the car, and refuse to pay for the car! They will not return calls, they will be facing a fraud lawsuit by me."

"Howdy, Lord knows I'm far from perfect client but you wouldn't know it from the kindness and warm smiles I receive from the ladys,and friends from Nicholasville State Farm. Everytime I've had question or problems the ladys were right there. It's a pleasure talking to them. I NEVER give 5 stars. :)"

"I've had State Farm with Randall Chewning as my agent for 10 years now and they have always taken care of me. From being single and needing car insurance and renters, through getting married and combining my husband's state farm policy with mine, and most recent buying my first home and needing home owners insurance. "Excellent service! Two other companies weren’t even interested in giving us a quote for a homeowner’s policy for our father’s house while it was in a realtor’s hands (including my own State Farm agent). The Chewnings had a quote and policy for us within a couple hours … as well as the rest of our family’s policies! Thanks to Dawn and Margaret for taking care of us!"

"Improperly counseled regarding coverage of HVAC unit which ended up costing me $6500 out of pocket. I then cashed out my life ins policies Nov 7th. SF proceeded to autodraft premiums for canceled policies. When I contacted Randall Chewnings office it was obviously not a great concern as I was told that the billing office & policy offices are not the same... and "a request for refund has been submitted". Weeks later I received a partial refund with note stating "remainder of funds will be refunded upon payment clearing bank." Understand this was AUTODRAFTED so there was no excuse for "clearing". 1- 1/2 weeks later I received the balance of premiums withdrawn from my bank. After numerous emails & phone calls of which Randall pawned off to others, I FINALLY received my payment for my cashed in life policy today, Jan 22nd. Lost check in mail, reissued & mailed in Dec., etc..none of which was true. I have been a customer for over 20years & never filed a claim. I was shocked to discover how poorly I was treated and how dismissive this agency was regarding situation. Direct deposit of funds should have been the response but instead I received excuse after excuse for over 2mos."

"The agent is the best, but may still explore other insurance options. My insurance bill was once reasonable but it's gotten so high, and I'm not even sure why I'm 55 and my husband is over 60!"

"I’ve worked with Randall and his team for the past several years for our auto and personal insurance policy. They are extremely responsive and very helpful. I had a claim about a year ago, and they immediately became engaged and helped me get my truck back on the road. I trust their expertise and experience. "When high winds took down a 40-foot pine tree in my backyard, knocking down power lines and damaging the utility service entrance, Randall immediately responded. Repairs were made within three days and a coverage check was received within a week. Couldn't ask for better and friendlier service. Thanks, Randall!"
